If you've had a good nosy on the shop you'll see that most of the things on here have sold. I know how frustrating it is when you see something you want when shopping online! I can hear you yelling at the computer WHY is it still listed when I can't have it!
The good news is I'm currently doing custom pieces and taking orders so if you see something you like (that has sold) please send me an email and I'll do my best to create something especially for you.
My beautiful Nana, Lilian Joan is the inspiration for LiliJo. She was the person who gave me my love of vintage and sense of creativity. She hated to 'waste' things, especially something that had so much time and love put into creating it. As a young girl I used to go with her to 'work' as a volunteer at the local op shop and I loved being surrounded by the interesting things that people no longer wanted. I was always drawn to bright fabrics and anything crochet.
These days I mix my love of LiliJo with styling peoples homes. My styling work involves advice on room layout, product recommendations (although I do focus on trying to use existing things where possible) and steps to take to complete the job. I love seeing my clients faces when their room is 'revealed''. Sometimes it's as simple as a layout change and a few new soft furnishings and some greenery to liven things up.
My styling website will be ready soon, I'm so excited to be able to share some before and after pictures I'm really proud of.
